LINDSAY HALL D.C.

CHIROPRACTOR

From the time Dr. Lindsay Hall was young, she was interested in health and constantly researching and applying principles to improve her own health. After a car accident left her suffering with headaches and neck pain in college, she discovered chiropractic to be the missing piece she needed to heal and became passionate about providing it to others.

Dr. Hall completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Utah State University with a study emphasis on exercise science. During her time at USU, she met and married her husband Addison. Six months after they married, Addison fell ill. Now needing to support her family, Dr. Hall started work as an office manager in a chiropractic office specialized in advanced spinal and postural rehabilitation and functional medicine. Under the doctor’s mentorship and driven to find an answer to Addison’s chronic disease and fibromyalgia, she began her studies that would lead her to find her niche in chiropractic.

Dr. Hall attended Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW) in Northern California dedicating her education to finding solutions for people suffering from chronic pain, disease, autoimmunity, and fibromyalgia. She graduated from LCCW in June 2020 with academic honors of Magna Cum Laude and clinic honors for exceeding clinic requirements. Additionally, Dr. Hall completed over 150 extra hours of functional medicine and nutrition training outside of school.

Dr. Hall believes the key to building a strong foundation of health is dependent on optimum function of the following:

  1. Biomechanics: the proper anatomical motion and alignment of the body.
  2. Biochemistry: the integration of nutrition for the body to perform all essential biological processes including but not limited to brain chemistry, immunology, digestion, and hormone function.
  3. Neuroemotional: mental health and its influence on the status and activation of the nervous system.

Dr. Hall discovers the weaknesses that exist within these categories that may lead to pain and disease to provide a solution to build a stronger foundation of health.

Dr. Hall currently owns and practices at Foundations Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Murray, Utah. She utilizes manual, drop table, and instrument adjustment techniques, soft tissue work, neuromuscular re-education, restorative exercise, posture correction, and functional medicine and nutrition to provide her patients the best care customized to each patient’s needs to help them optimize their life.
Patients have come to rely on Dr. Hall’s full-body quality care to assist them in achieving a stronger foundation of health. She has worked with a wide variety of people from athletes to disabled and ages one month to 85 years showing her gentle approach to chiropractic care is beneficial for anyone.

ADDISON HALL

CO-OWNER & MANAGER

Mr. Addison Hall is co-owner and manager of Foundations Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Growing up in California, his hobbies included martial arts, writing, and trumpet. Addison moved to Utah to attend Utah State University where he graduated in Exercise Science and Journalism and met his wife Dr. Lindsay Hall.

Following graduation, Addison went on to be an amazing gymnastics and martial arts coach in Utah and California. Unfortunately, suffering from a chronic illness for seven years, the physical demands of coaching became too much, and he was forced to retire early.
